1. I agree to work either: A) a total of 15 hours during, or B) a total of 15 hours before and/or after Mystic Garden Party in exchange for one general admission ticket, reserved camping, & a Mystic Garden Party Staff T-shirt.
2. I will refrain from using alcohol and/or drugs before or during my work shifts, or at any time while wearing my staff shirt.
3. I understand that the shirt (marked "staff") is my uniform.
4. I understand that if I don't fulfill my commitment, I owe Mystic Garden Party the price of one (1) full weekend ticket, camping, and a T-shirt.
5. I understand that during the event, I may be filmed, videotaped or photographed by or on behalf of Mystic Garden Party for marketing or commercial purposes. My admission to Mystic Garden Party serves as my permission for use of my image without compensation by Mystic Garden Party for any and all future marketing or commercial purposes.
6. The commercial use of photographic, video and film images of Mystic Garden Party is strictly prohibited without the full written consent of Mystic Garden Party.
7. I understand that my legal name will be on a list at Volunteer Check-in for my admittance to the event.
8. I understand that all Volunteers must have valid state or federally issued photo I.D. at Check-in. Volunteers who do not have valid identification will be denied entry.
9. ** WAIVER: In consideration of participating as a Volunteer at Mystic Garden Party, I intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims that I may have against the persons or organization affiliated with this project and any and all injuries suffered by traveling to or from or while participating in any Volunteer activity associated with Mystic Garden Party.
